CNA Certified Nursing Assistant Skilled Pediatric Homecare

About the role

Home, Hope and Healing, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work with a pediatric client in the Lewiston area. Shifts are Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., providing in‑home assistance as part of the client’s authorized care plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1, client‑centered care and services
• Receive ongoing support, supervision, and education from regional Nurse Managers
• Work block time shifts of 8‑12 hours per day, days, evenings, or nights
• Flexibility to work Per Diem or Full Time in the location of your choice
• Assist with personal hygiene – bathing, grooming, oral care; dressing and undressing
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Support transfer and mobility
• Ensure safe restroom use and maintain continence
• Assist with communicating via telephone, email, or internet
• Perform general housework such as laundry, dishes, and maintaining a hygienic residence

Requirements

• Active CNA certification
• One year of clinical experience in home care (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Successful passing of background checks
