CNA Certified Nursing Assistant

We are looking for CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) to join our team at Morningside House of St. Charles, a leading assisted living and memory care community in Waldorf, MD.

Available Shifts

• Full-time: 2PM–10PM
• Part-time: 2PM–10PM

Responsibilities

• Assists with resident care needs and comforts
• Assists or gives oral hygiene and mouth care
• Assists with bathing functions and dressing/undressing as necessary
• Records anomalies (i.e., bruises, cuts, rashes, swelling, etc.)
• Assists with nail care, shaving, and hair care
• Assists with lifting, turning, positioning, and transporting residents
• Makes both occupied and unoccupied beds (as assigned)
• Checks residents frequently to assure that their personal care needs are being met
• Adheres to all policies and procedures of Morningside Elite Management
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Requires a CNA licensure
