Certified Nursing Assistant CNA - Essential Functions

• Assists with resident care needs and comforts.
• Certified Nursing Assistant CNA assists or gives oral hygiene and mouth care.
• Certified Nursing Assistant CNA assists with bathing functions and dressing/undressing as necessary.
• Certified Nursing Assistant CNA records anomalies (i.e. bruises, cuts, rashes, swelling, etc.).
• Certified Nursing Assistant CNA assists with nail care, shaving and hair care.
• Certified Nursing Assistant CNA assists with lifting, turning, positioning and transporting residents.
• Certified Nursing Assistant CNA makes both occupied and unoccupied bed (as assigned).
• Certified Nursing Assistant CNA checks residents frequently to assure that their personal care needs are being met.
• Certified Nursing Assistant CNA adheres to all policies and procedures of Morningside Elite Management.
• Certified Nursing Assistant CNA performs other duties as assigned.

Certified Nursing Assistant CNA - Requirements

• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires a CNA licensure.
