Responsibilities

• Provide basic care to patients
• Aid patients in their daily activities
• Watch for changes in patients and report them to the nursing team
• Collect and record vital information about patients' conditions and treatments

Qualifications

• Be certified in the state of Indiana
• Be passionate about serving others
• Have professional appearance and behavior
• Meet basic qualifications set by the Indiana Department of Health (read, write, perform simple math)
• Successfully complete the Basic Aide Training Course
• Satisfactorily pass a physical examination administered for employment in the facility
