More Than Traditional Long-Term Care
Elderwood at Waverly serves long-term residents, individuals with memory-care needs, and short-stay rehabilitation patients transitioning from hospital to home. Clinical teams care for individuals recovering from illness, injury, surgery, orthopedic procedures, and cardiac conditions. Facility capabilities include IV therapy, PICC-line management, wound-vac therapy, complex wound and ostomy care, enteral feeding, and dialysis coordination.
As a CNA, you will not perform licensed-nursing treatments but will play an essential role by assisting with daily needs, observing and reporting changes, supporting mobility and recovery goals, and communicating closely with nurses and rehabilitation professionals. This setting offers strong exposure to a clinically active post-acute environment while developing observation, communication, and resident-care skills for continued healthcare growth.
Build a Healthcare Career
Elderwood offers CNAs valuable experience working with residents, nurses, rehabilitation professionals, and clinical leaders. Tuition-reimbursement programs are available to help eligible employees pursue additional education and future opportunities.
