Help clients or family members live independently and comfortably while receiving the tools and guidance you deserve.

Locations & schedules

• Cleveland, NC – Client open Monday–Friday, 12:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.
• Salisbury, NC – Client open Monday–Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Woodleaf, NC – Client open weekends, 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., plus Monday and Friday nights if able.
• Mooresville, NC – PRN hours available.
