About the role
Aventura at Creekside in Carbondale, PA is now hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Responsibilities
- Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
- Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
- Affirm meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
- Affirm medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
- Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
Requirements
- Shifts available: PRN, Days, New Grads & Walk-ins Welcome!
- New Shift Differential $2 for 3p-11p.

Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or in the process of scheduling/taking the state CNA exam.
- Graduated from a CNA training program.
- A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
