Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily care needs including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, and ADLs
- Maintain resident safety by monitoring and reporting changes in condition promptly
- Respond to call lights and perform routine rounds
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments
- Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
Requirements
- Active Missouri CNA certification - required
- CPR/BLS certification - required
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
