CNA/Caregiver/Home Health Aide/PCA

About the role

We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) to provide compassionate, reliable support to patients in the Archie, MO area. You will grow your skills while making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives through one‑on‑one in‑home care, receiving training, flexibility, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living [ADL's]
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance

Pay

• DSP, PCA, HHA, Caregiver: $16.00 per hour (Archie, MO)
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA): $17.00 per hour (MO)

Schedule

• Part‑time hours with PRN/Fill‑In opportunities
• Typical shifts: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 3 hours per day
• Flexible scheduling; hours may vary by location
