About the role
The primary focus is on providing compassionate care to individuals in need, including assistance with daily activities, medication management, and companionship.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of living spaces
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Patience and empathy
- Physical stamina and flexibility
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
