CNA-Care Center Nights

Suncoast Hospice, a part of Empath Health, serves Pinellas and Hillsborough counties with compassionate end-of-life care, helping individuals with advanced illness find comfort, dignity, and meaning while supporting their families and caregivers.

About the role

We are seeking a caring and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work at our Care Center in Mid Pinellas on the following schedule: 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., three shifts per week, every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and assist with patient care as appropriate.
• Respond sensitively to patient and family needs by observing and reporting any changes—physical, spiritual, social, and emotional—to the patient’s nurse or supervisory nurse.
• Support and carry out the organization’s mission, vision, and values consistently.

Requirements

• One to three months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Valid Florida Board of Nursing certification (CNA License).
• Valid Florida State Driver’s License.
