About the role

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an excellent opportunity for those focused on providing high-quality care with an emphasis on the comfort and well-being of both patients and their families. This role is ideal if you are committed to care and possess strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage basic care activities with a customer service-oriented approach to patient care.
• Support the delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.

Requirements

• Current Washington State CNA license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• One (1) year of experience in a physician’s office or other medical facility preferred.

Pay

The pay scale for this position is $21.29 - $29.69 USD per hour. Pay is influenced by factors such as skill set, level of experience, and certifications and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale based on years of experience.
