CNA - Baylor Shift

About the role

Chandler Creek Post Acute is a 133-bed skilled nursing facility in Greer, South Carolina. We offer competitive base pay of $16–$19/hour with a premium pay structure for the Weekend Baylor Program, which includes 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to follow care plans and deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold an active CNA certification in South Carolina.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is preferred.
• Show compassion, dependability, and teamwork skills.
• Be able to work consistent 12-hour weekend shifts.
