About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care while maintaining residents' comfort, privacy, and dignity.
• Absorb and execute resident care plans, providing support as outlined.
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights.
• Complete all tasks assigned by the nurse.
• May be required to relocate to different care units based on resident needs.
• Monitor and record food and liquid intake, output, and vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration).
• Report any changes in condition, wounds, bruises, or symptoms to nursing staff.
• Stay current with CNA training and facility policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant CNA experience, preferably in Long-Term Care settings.
• Active FL CNA License.
• Active CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A positive, caring, and professional attitude.
• Must be able to pass a level II background screening through AHCA.

Pay

• Hourly rate up to $20 per hour with shift differential (experience based).

Schedule

• Skilled Nursing (SNF) positions available: Full-time & Part-time schedules ranging from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.
