About the role

As a CNA at QLI, you are in a unique position to positively impact someone else’s day. You will experience variety in your shifts:

• One day may consist of helping residents prepare for their day, including ADLs, plan for a family visit, or off-campus shopping.
• One day you may spend time in the sports (non-alcoholic) bar or coffee bar, shoot pool, or enjoy a walk around our on-campus lake.
• One day might offer opportunities for crafting, playing cards, joining an 80’s party, or coordinating a YouTube dance party!

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Certified to work in Nebraska as a nursing assistant (required).
• Annual flu vaccine is required during flu season (provided free of charge at QLI if needed).
• Must pass a drug screen, criminal background check, and fitness assessment for the role.
• Must not have any condition or limitation that could pose a direct threat to self or others unless eliminated by reasonable accommodation.
• Regular attendance in your assigned role is an essential job function.

Schedule

Full-time, rotating shifts: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
