The posted compensation range of $15.51 - $21.08 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Requirements

• CNA Certification
• ND State Nursing Assistant Registry
• Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Delivers direct patient care as delegated including but not limited to oral cares, bathing, transferring, repositioning, feeding, and providing direct supervision for patients requiring it
• Communicates and works cooperatively with nursing staff by reporting observations, serving as a liaison between patient and nurse, and updating other staff members through shift report
• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality

Qualifications
