About the role

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at AdviniaCare Venice. As a CNA at AdviniaCare, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vitals and patient behavior, reporting findings to the nursing and medical staff
• Assist staff members with and contribute to the implementation of total resident care
• Act as companions to patients, accompanying them on walks or other activities they enjoy
• Document information accurately and thoroughly
• Clean rooms and bed linens, stocking supplies
• Assist with safety and some medical procedures

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Up-to-date immunization records
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass the State Exam and register as a Certified Nurse Aide

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, detail oriented, patient, compassionate, and empathetic
• Good collaboration and teamwork skills
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
• Comfortable working with specific populations of patients, including elderly patients and those with special needs
