About the role

AbriCare is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to join our growing team serving Rolla, MO and surrounding Missouri communities. We are especially interested in caregivers with CNA or Advanced Personal Care (APC) certification who are passionate about helping clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes. As a CNA / APC Caregiver with AbriCare, you will provide essential personal care and individualized support to clients in their homes, allowing them to maintain independence and a high quality of life. Responsibilities

  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks
  • Providing medication reminders
  • Offering companionship and engaging in meaningful activities
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers
  • Completing essential shopping and errands (not transporting clients)

Requirements

  • CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification
  • APC (Advanced Personal Care) certification
  • A compassionate and reliable nature
  • Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
  • Dedication and a willingness to learn
  • Valid driver's license and/or a reliable transportation plan
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
  • A working smartphone (for time and attendance usage)

Pay

Pay starting at $17.00‑$18.00 per hour, with opportunities for increased pay based on certification, experience, and client care needs.
