About the role
This position is responsible for the daily living and dining needs of assigned residents.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the needs of assigned resident group
- Makes rounds on assigned group noting significant issues for intervention
- Provides intervention needed to provide a safe clean environment
- Checks all residents daily for condition of skin, reporting findings to Licensed Staff assigned to unit
- Assists Licensed staff when needed to position residents in need of treatment
- Takes and records vital parameters as assigned
- Records information on electronic record
- Performs any other tasks as assigned by License Staff, Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing
Qualifications
- CNA must hold a valid nurse aide certification with the State of Louisiana
