5 Star Staffing at Redstone is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for per‑diem (PRN) shifts in Greensburg, Murrysville, and North Huntingdon. Shifts are days and may vary.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in nursing, personal‑care, and assisted‑living departments, keeping them safe and comfortable during activities of daily living.
• Deliver services defined by individualized care plans, including ADL assistance, mobility assistance, positioning assistance, and feeding assistance.
• Work at Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) or Personal Care Homes (PCH) in Westmoreland County as assigned.

Requirements

• Current and valid Pennsylvania Nursing Assistant certification.
• Orientation must be initiated within two weeks of hire and completed within six weeks.
• Minimum of sixteen (16) orientation hours at the preferred campus to pick up shifts.
• Commit to working the minimum hours in a four‑week master schedule to remain eligible for the associated wage rate.

Pay

Bronze, Silver, and Gold level pay ranges from $22.50 to $27.00 per hour, based on program level and meeting the minimum hour requirements.
