RegalCare at Holyoke is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients and residents in a comfortable, home-like setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including assistance with daily living activities, vital sign monitoring, and wound care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Perform vital sign checks and report any changes to the nurse.
• Participate in patient education and family support.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients as needed.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

No prior experience in the healthcare industry is necessary.
