CNA | 12-hour shifts | Full-time Nights

About the role

Greencroft Communities is seeking a Full-Time Nights CNA at Hamilton Grove in New Carlisle, IN. This position offers 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with rotating weekends and holidays, and includes night shift and weekend premiums.

Responsibilities

- Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care - Support mobility, safety, and comfort - Partner with nurses and care staff to deliver excellent care - Help maintain a positive, resident-centered environment

Requirements

- Active Indiana CNA certification (or obtain within 120 days) - Interest or experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living - Dependable, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent - CPR certification
