About the role

Edgefield Post Acute is a long-standing skilled nursing and rehab facility in Edgefield, South Carolina, conveniently situated near Aiken and Augusta. We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with personal hygiene, medication administration, and meal service
• Assist patients with mobility and transfers as needed
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times

Requirements

• Active South Carolina CNA license
• Valid and unencumbered South Carolina CNA license
• Current CPR certification
• Availability to work every other weekend

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse's Assistant program

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Patience and empathy

Benefits

• $14-18 per hour
• 8-hour shifts: 3rd shift (11p-7a)
• Shift differentials: $2/hr for 2nd and 3rd shifts, $3/hr for weekends
