About the role

Lions Rehab Center is a 101-bed skilled nursing facility located in Cumberland, Maryland. We're known for our friendly customer service and the exceptional care we provide our residents. We offer 24/7 skilled nursing care, rehabilitation, subacute care and other senior care services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care
• Support residents’ emotional and social well-being with kindness and respect
• Answer call lights promptly

Qualifications

• CNA 1 in Maryland
• Previous experience in long-term or skilled nursing care preferred
• A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and vulnerable populations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
