Duties
- Apply testing and inspection capabilities to a variety of projects.
- Evaluate soils, concrete, and asphalt in relation to site construction.
- Report writing and computer skills are required.
- Experience in airfield pavement construction and landfill construction quality control/assurance is a plus.
Requirements, Testing, And Inspection Responsibilities
- Maintain required certifications.
- Ability to lift 40-50 pounds.
- Coordinate with clients and Certerra/Insight Group engineering and professional state.
- Travel to client facilities as needed.
- Provide clear documentation of findings and results.
- Perform basic analysis of data to verify accuracy before communication and submission to the Project Manager.
- Communicate information to Project Manager and other personnel as directed by the PM.
- Absorb and assist higher level technicians on complex tasks.
- Maintain assigned equipment and related calibration.
- Follow safety rules and practices and other safety requirements for all projects.
- Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects.
Education/Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Preferred).
- ACI Certifications (Preferred).
