About the role

CMT Beloved Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking Certified Medication Techs (CMTs) to join our team. Responsibilities

• Pass medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, following company policies and procedures.
• Observe and report any changes in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, and behavior when caring for residents.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements and facility policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues.
• Take pride in making a difference in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri CMT license (CMA will not be accepted).
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Experience in geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
• Trustworthy and respectful of others.
• Dependable, professional, and a team player.
• Enjoy serving and caring for seniors.
• Able to establish good rapport and communicate effectively.

Schedule

This full-time position works 12‑hour shifts.
