Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and application of coatings under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Participate in training sessions to learn about different coating materials, techniques, and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards during all coating activities.
• Support the team in setting up and maintaining equipment and work areas to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Contribute to the quality control process by inspecting finished work and reporting any issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Required Experience: Entry-level position; no prior professional experience required
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in coatings application
• Preferred Experience: Experience in physical activities or manual labor, Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used in coatings or construction
• Required Skills And Abilities: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately, Good communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration, Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods, Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new techniques, Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines in a work environment
