We value individuality, reward integrity, and foster a diverse, high-performing team united by purpose-at work, in service, and in the community. We need to remove duplicate lines (like repeated Culture And Values). Also remove boilerplate like EEO etc (none present). Remove navigation/legal etc. Now decide sections: - About the role: paragraph summarizing role (maybe combine first paragraphs). - Responsibilities: list of key responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe education + clearance? Could be "Required Qualifications" (education) and "Clearance Required". Could combine into Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe experience/skills? But we already have experience/skills. The instruction says use sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. We have: - Education: BS/BA in Computer Science, etc. That's a qualification. - Experience/Skills: many bullet-like items (experience with Purview, SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot, etc.) That's skills/qualifications. - Also there is "Preferred Certifications" etc. We could map: Requirements: Education + Clearance + US Citizenship (maybe also mention Federal Client requires US citizenship). Could also include "Minimum of 3–5 years experience with Microsoft Purview" etc? But that seems more like skill/experience. Qualifications: maybe the "Preferred Certifications" etc? Or we could treat Qualifications as the experience/skills list. Skills: maybe list of specific technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Framework, Copilot, etc.) but that overlaps. We need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine into fewer sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (education + clearance), Qualifications (experience/skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Skills maybe not needed if covered in Qualifications. But we need to follow instruction: Use sections only when posting has real specific content. We can omit Skills if we think it's redundant. However we have a lot of skill details; we could put them under Qualifications. Let's decide: - About the role: paragraph summarizing role and location, clearance, etc. - Responsibilities: list from Key Responsibilities.
