CMO with Wealth Management Experience - United States (Remote)

About the role

Chief Outsiders is a national company growing quickly and seeking CMOs to serve multiple U.S. markets. We focus on helping midsize companies implement major growth initiatives in strategy, marketing, and business management to drive sustained top-line growth.

What we look for

• C-level operating executives who approach business from a market-based perspective
• Must have held the position of VP of Marketing or CMO at one or more large operating companies
• Ability to help a CEO or business owner identify where and how to grow and determine which marketing tools to apply

• Ability to diagnose real business problems and develop and implement tailored plans that fit the company, opportunity, and competitive situation

Compensation

We use a revenue share compensation model. You earn a percentage of billings for the projects you work on, with a larger share if you bring in the lead. Company-funded programs help generate leads. Most CMOs target over $200,000 annually, with some earning double that amount.
