Chief Outsiders, www.ChiefOutsiders.com, is a national company that is growing very quickly and is looking to add CMOs in multiple US markets. The role involves leading growth initiatives in strategy, marketing, and business management for midsize companies, supporting CEOs and business owners.

Responsibilities

• Implement major growth initiatives in marketing and business management
• Help CEOs and business owners understand where and how to grow
• Determine the appropriate marketing tools to apply for significant results
• Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to identify and address real business problems
• Develop and implement tailored plans that fit the company’s needs, opportunities, and competitive landscape

Requirements

• Experience as VP of Marketing or CMO at one or more large operating companies
• A market-based perspective on business operations
• Inquisitiveness, resilience, and knowledge to succeed in this role
