CMO/Medical Director Opportunity - Midwest

About the role

As the Medical Director – Midwest Region for Evergreen Behavioral Health, you will lead the medical direction for the region, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and ensure adherence to medical protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide medical oversight and consultation on complex cases.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with board certification in psychiatry or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare leadership role.
• Experience working in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications
