Summary
Manages and tracks audit activities for assigned clients and auditors. Supporting functions include routine business workflow, special projects as assigned, written and verbal correspondence, data retrieval, collection and compilation, records control. Provides administrative support to Management, Auditors, and other administrative staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports and assists assigned auditors regarding client accounts by providing necessary documentation.
- Verifies all audit packages for completion and compliance to applicable requirements.
- Compiles accreditation package for newly registered and renewal clients for submission for review and approval of certification/recertification.
- Issues certificates.
- Conducts CMMC Level 2 on-site inspections as required.
- Completes new client audit scheduling per industry standards and SQA procedures with the completion of corresponding documents as well as all related communication.
- Tracks non-conformance to/from Clients and/or Auditors, including correspondence regarding status of response to Client/Auditors.
- Tracks CMMC POAMs and CMMC Conditional Certifications for completion within allotted 180 days.
- Issues Auditor Performance Evaluation forms to clients following an audit event; record/respond to client feedback.
- Completes auditor re-assignments as needed.
- Updates and maintains internal / external databases, as appropriate.
- Supports sales department with completion of quotes for new business in a timely manner.
- Completes and provides budgetary quotes per customer request.
- Responds to client inquiries.
- Conducts preparation, upload, and monthly audits of CMMC assessment in eMASS (DoD system).
- Maintains records through scanning, filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding, updating and destruction.
- Performs special projects and other duties as directed by Management.
- Provides support as a backup to the Operations Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a ISACA CMMC Certified Professional in good standing.
- Must have at least 3 years of cybersecurity experience, at least 1 year of assessment or audit experience.
- Must have at least one foundational qualification, aligned to at least the Intermediate Proficiency Level of the DoD Cyberspace Workforce Framework’s Security Control Assessor (612) Work Role, from DoD Manual 8140.03, Cyberspace Workforce Qualification and Management Program.
- High school diploma and two to three years’ experience in administrative work or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Must have friendly, courteous telephone manner and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with clients, staff and field personnel.
- Must be able to obtain a DoD-approved medium assurance certificate.
- Must be able to pass US Department of Defense background investigation.
