CMM Programmer

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to ensure product quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CMMs to measure and inspect parts according to specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMM operations.
• Document measurements and results for quality control purposes.
• Stay updated on new CMM technology and software advancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CMM programming and operation.
• Proficiency in CMM software such as CMMWorks, Geomagic, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of metrology principles and techniques.
• Experience with CAD/CAM systems is a plus.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
