CMM PROGRAMMER

About the role

The CMM Programmer is responsible for developing and maintaining software applications that support the company's core business processes. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that new systems meet the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using CMM standards
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and specifications
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure software quality
• Document system design and development processes
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in CMM standards and tools
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience with database design and SQL
• Understanding of software architecture principles

Skills

• Programming languages: Java, Python
