CMM Programmer

Role: CMM Programmer responsible for developing, modifying, and maintaining Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) inspection programs using PC-DMIS software. Key Duties: Create and troubleshoot complex CMM programs from CAD models, conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and capability studies, and compile data to support PPAP requirements. Perform precise dimensional measurements with tools like gauges and micrometers, interpret inspection and statistical data, and communicate findings effectively. Participate in project kick-offs to provide quality insights and support new product introductions. Ensure proper calibration, operation, and safety of CMM equipment. Qualifications & Skills: 3–5 years of hands-on CMM programming experience, proficiency in PC-DMIS, ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T, familiarity with quality systems like SPC and PPAP, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
