Description CTE solutions is apart of the Spitrex company that was formed to create orthopedic products more efficiently. CTE solutions was founded in 1950 and has been apart of the Indiana manufacturing industry since then! This position will report to the director of Quality Assurance and be supported by three other CMM programmers. This person will be seen as the CMM programming lead to support new product offerings the company plans to produce. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing coordinate measuring machine (CMM) programs to ensure accurate and efficient measurement of product characteristics and gauges. Your primary duties will involve reading and interpreting blueprints to determine the most suitable methods for programming CMM measurements. Utilizing PC-DMIS software, you will write CMM programs that align with the specified requirements. Additionally, you will provide technical support to CMM operators, assisting them with any issues or queries they may encounter. Maintaining CMM preventive maintenance logs and conducting regular visual inspections of the equipment and fixtures will be crucial to ensure optimal performance and identify potential concerns promptly. This person will play a vital role in improving CMM program cycle time and accuracy, ensuring efficiency and precision in the measurement processes. Learning Solidworks 3D modeling software and vision system programming will be necessary to enhance your skill set and adapt to evolving technological demands. Troubleshooting quality issues and providing support in resolving them will be an integral part of your duties. Conforming to ISO13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and medical device industry requirements is imperative to maintain compliance and adhere to industry standards. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
