About the role

Develop and write CMM programs to verify critical dimensions for metal parts using Zeiss Calypso software. Review engineering blueprints and collaborate with the Quality Manager to establish comprehensive inspection plans.

Responsibilities

• Validate CMM programs to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and measurement reliability
• Perform first piece inspections and deliver actionable feedback to the production team
• Maintain thorough inspection documentation and quality records
• Identify, report, and escalate nonconforming issues in accordance with quality standards

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on inspection and CMM programming experience
• Proficiency with Zeiss equipment and Calypso software is strongly preferred
