CMF Designer

We are seeking an experienced Automotive CMF (Color, Material & Finish) Designer to develop and execute innovative CMF strategies for future automotive products. This role combines creative vision, material expertise, and hands-on material development to translate brand and design direction into compelling, manufacturable, and forward-looking vehicle experiences. Qualified candidates 5+ years of experience in automotive CMF, with a strong understanding of CMF strategy, material development, material mastering, and the automotive design and development process. Experience with sustainable materials—particularly the development and mastering of sustainable resins—is highly desirable. On-Site Work Authorization Required
