CM Team Manager

About the role

Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking a CM Team Manager (LISW/LPCC) to supervise an ACT Case Management team serving adults experiencing severe mental health disorders in Hamilton County. The position supports the mission to help individuals with mental illness and addictions lead healthy and productive lives.

Responsibilities

• Administrative management and daily operations of the assigned care management team.
• Provide coordination, leadership, and supervision to care managers.
• Manage daily team operations to support organizational goals and philosophy.
• Coordinate clinical supervision of team staff and services.

Requirements

• Active Ohio license as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Degree in mental health, social work, counseling, or a related field, or three years of related experience.
• Previous supervisory and administrative experience.
• Licensure by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board (LISW or LPCC).
