ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate semi-automatic screen printing equipment in the green fab area.
• Perform manufacturing processes including via filling, bore coating, metalizing, lamination, and punching on hard tools.
• Follow process documentation, work instructions, drawings, visual aids, and training guidance.
• Complete required process documentation and material transfers in and out of the green fab.
• Maintain daily and weekly cleaning protocols within the green fab.
• Comply with all safety requirements and clean room procedures.
• Absorb and assist in training fellow employees as needed.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Use of a microscope with a reticle.
• Reading and following process documents, work instructions, and test plans.
• Reading and interpreting part drawings.
• Taking verbal and written direction.
• Working independently and as part of a team.
• Interacting effectively with Management, Engineering, and fellow employees.
• Working in a clean room environment while wearing required protective garments.
• Working with metallization pastes and cleaning solutions.
• Mechanical aptitude with semi-automatic equipment and basic hand tools.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Manufacturing experience in a production or clean room environment is preferred.
• Experience reading drawings and following detailed written instructions is preferred.
• Experience operating semi-automatic equipment is a plus.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• Physical Demands: Stand under 1/3 of the time, walk under 1/3 of the time, sit for long periods of time, use hands to finger, handle, or feel 1/3 to 2/3 of the time, reach with hands and arms 1/3 to 2/3 of the time, talk or hear 1/3 to 2/3 of the time, lift up to 20 pounds under 1/3 of the time.
• Work Environment: Working conditions are normal for a warehouse environment and may require occasional weekend and/or evening work. Moderate noise (examples: business offices with computers and printers, light traffic and visits to factory). Some travel (1-3%) to various training courses may be required during the year.
