CM Production Associate - 2nd Shift

About the role

A Production Associate is primarily responsible for packaging finished goods in accordance with production orders and established ISO procedures, cleaning and maintaining the production area and equipment, and performing daily duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Package products properly
• Clean and maintain production area
• Fill out production paperwork
• Follow established ISO Procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school education or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to fill out production paperwork

Pay

• Starting pay: $23.00/hr
• Pay increases:
  • 6 months: $23.50/hr
  • 12 months: $24.00/hr
  • 18 months: $24.50/hr
  • 24 months: $25.00/hr

Schedule

• First and second shift, Monday-Friday
• Option to work 4 × 10-hour shifts
