Job Description
The Cash Management Implementation Specialist I has primary responsibility for facilitating the onboarding of customers to the Treasury Management System.
- Facilitates the implementation of all new Customer applications and agreements;
- Creates, maintains and updates Customer databases;
- In conjunction with more experienced Implementation staff, assists with implementation calls with Cash Management Sales Team Members, Branch Managers, and Loan Officers when implementation expertise is required;
- Helps distribute system manuals and other documentation and informs Customers of additional Customer service availability and resources;
- Implements cash management services to expedite time to revenue meet or exceed SLA's;
- Ensures compliance and controls are followed and understood.
Education & Experience
- High School or equivalent;
- 1+ Years of related experience;
- Strong knowledge of cash management industry, including systems, products and services;
- Strong knowledge of cash management product implementation practices, including strong systems skills;
- Strong Customer service skills.
