Clubhouse Maintenance/Events Setup

About the role

Assist in banquet setups and breakdowns, cleaning of the facility, and general maintenance of the clubhouse. Work closely with management and maintenance staff to develop an integral team that effectively represents the quality and professionalism of the Club.

Responsibilities

• Report equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to your supervisor immediately
• Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning bathrooms, windows, chandeliers, furniture cleaning and polishing, and exterior cleaning
• Assist in banquet setups, including moving furniture and tables
• Assist in the Laundry department
• Move heavy objects as requested
• Keep all areas safe and clean
• Follow safety guidelines in accordance with company policy and standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Team spirit and strong ability to communicate and work well with others
• Self-starter with a positive “can-do” attitude
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Frequent lifting and moving of objects, with ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Constant standing, walking, reaching, bending, and kneeling
