Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with members on seeking abilities and strengths in individuals and work toward recovery through meaningful activities
• Engage and participate in a 'work ordered day'
• Create, link, and monitor employment opportunities for Clubhouse members
• Help run a very busy kitchen
• Report using Management Information Systems (not a highly clinical position)
• Plan social events with the members
• Provide transportation in the Dreams van
• Transport members to Clubhouse related activities and ensure maintenance of the agency vehicle by keeping it clean and in good condition during and after transportation
• Meet with employers in the community to establish relationships and gain supported employment for our members
