About the role
The successful candidate will lead the men's soccer team, fostering a positive and competitive environment for players.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs to improve player skills and fitness levels.
- Manage team logistics including scheduling practices, games, and travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with coaches and staff to ensure team success and player development.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Coaching, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience with youth sports programming.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficient in using sports management software.
