Club Sports Coach - Men's Soccer

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the men's soccer team, fostering a positive and competitive environment for players.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs to improve player skills and fitness levels.
• Manage team logistics including scheduling practices, games, and travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with coaches and staff to ensure team success and player development.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Coaching, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with youth sports programming.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Proficient in using sports management software.
