About the role

Founded in 2007, Club Pilates is the nation's largest and fastest-growing Pilates franchise with locations in nearly every state, and four countries. Class formats target a wide range of clients needs from young to mature and beginner to advanced. Club Pilates is the first company to create a 500-hour Teacher Training Program designed to thoroughly and safely teach group Pilates apparatus classes along with TRX, Triggerpoint, and Barre.

Qualifications

• 450-hour comprehensive Pilates education (Minimum education to include; Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Springboard)
• At least 1 years teaching group-based Pilates
• In depth understanding of the benefits of Pilates and what sets Club Pilates apart from other Pilates studios
• Team player with a pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable adding TRX, Barre, and Trigger Point modalities to teaching repertoire
• Professional, neat, punctual and reliable

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead group Pilates classes on the Reformer and other apparatus
• Demonstrate proper form and technique during exercises
• Modify exercises to meet the needs and abilities of all participants
• Provide personalized instruction and support to help clients achieve their fitness goals
• Create a safe, welcoming, and energetic environment for clients
• Build relationships with clients, offering encouragement and support for their wellness journey
• Visually inspect the equipment prior to the beginning of class to ensure equipment is in good working order and safe to use
• Responsible for studio tidiness and returning equipment to standards set by studio management
• Must arrive 15 min prior to the beginning of each scheduled class or private/semi-private session
• Participate in networking/community/client appreciation events as needed and studio promotions to generate new business
• Maintain honesty, integrity, and an open line of communication with management
• Any other duties as assigned
