Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Conduct club tours and assist prospective members with membership options.
- Manage membership sales and training sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and the local community.
- Participate in community outreach, events, and partnership opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming club environment.
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities.
- Support daily club operations and administrative tasks.
- Inspire, motivate, and encourage members and team members.
- Deliver personalized one-on-one and small group training sessions.
- C Conduct fitness consultations, assessments, and body composition scans.
- Develop customized fitness programs tailored to client goals.
- Provide coaching, accountability, and ongoing support to clients.
- Offer exercise modifications for various fitness levels and abilities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional training environment.
- Stay connected with members through regular follow-up and communication.
- Assist with billing, scheduling, and training-related administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized personal or group training certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, professional, and team-oriented demeanor.
- Self-motivated, dependable, proactive, and results-driven.
- Comfortable using technology, mobile applications, and computer systems.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Experience in club management, customer service, sales, and fitness coaching preferred.
- Demonstrated success in membership sales and personal training sales preferred.
- Experience leading community engagement initiatives, events, and local outreach efforts preferred.
- Previous experience working in a fitness club, health club, or wellness environment preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.
