Responsibilities

• Ensure club is fully staffed and the team performs to NFP standards, including building a bench with team members.
• Responsible for recruitment and staffing, including recruitment tactics, conducting pre-screens, interviewing candidates, and hiring decisions. Provide back-up support as needed.
• Consistently achieve monthly goals, including drivers and KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all members.
• Manage club labor and ensure payroll accuracy by validating employee timecards, approving payroll, and scheduling shifts efficiently.
• Ensure assigned clubs are clean, well-maintained, and safe for all members and staff. Maintain at least a passing Club BER inspection monthly.
• Hold staff accountable to policies and procedures. Provide coaching, constructive counseling, and progressive discipline (up to and including termination) to hold staff accountable for performance standards and adherence to policy/procedures.
• Drive membership sales with a focus on achieving DGR goals and participate in community outreach.
• Invest in staff training and development to enhance their skills and performance.
• Assess areas of need in assigned club, develop, and successfully execute plan of correction.
• Update Senior General Manager on assigned club progress weekly.
• Attend and participate in Regional Meetings.
• Complete One-on-Ones on time with development goals and objectives.
• Model Servant Leadership through daily interactions.
• Work side-by-side with staff, supporting front desk activities through the use of the info call script, giving member tours, using Ignite to enroll/manage/cancel members, and cleaning club to NFP standards.
• Ensure member accidents are reported in a timely manner through the NFP process.

Pay

Annual salary of $50,000.

Schedule

• Saturday & Sunday: 6:45 am – 2:45 pm
• Monday – Wednesday: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm
