Pay

Annual salary: $50,000 (full‑time, exempt).

Schedule

Saturday & Sunday: 6:45 am – 2:45 pm
Monday – Wednesday: 11 am – 7 pm

Job Summary

The Club Manager is responsible for all club operations under the supervision of the Senior General Manager. This includes ensuring that the operational and financial goals are met, creating member experiences that produce Raving Fans, and developing and leading a staff of servant leaders whose mission is to transform the lives of those they serve.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the club is fully staffed and the team performs to NFP standards, building a bench of team members.
  • Recruit and staff: develop recruitment tactics, conduct pre‑screens, interview candidates, and make hiring decisions; provide backup support as needed.
  • Consistently achieve monthly goals, including drivers and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all members.
  • Manage club labor and ensure payroll accuracy by validating employee timecards, approving payroll, and scheduling shifts efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, well‑maintained, and safe club environment; achieve at least a passing Club BER inspection each month.
  • Hold staff accountable to policies and procedures; provide coaching, constructive counseling, and progressive discipline up to termination.
  • Drive membership sales with a focus on achieving DGR goals and participate in community outreach.
  • Invest in staff training and development to enhance skills and performance.
  • Assess areas of need in the assigned club, develop, and execute a plan of correction.
  • Update the Senior General Manager on club progress weekly.
  • Attend and participate in regional meetings.
  • Complete one‑on‑ones on time with development goals and objectives.
  • Model servant leadership through daily interactions.
  • Work side‑by‑side with staff, supporting front desk activities, using the info call script, giving member tours, using Ignite to enroll/manage/cancel members, and cleaning the club to NFP standards.
  • Ensure member accidents are reported promptly through the NFP process.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.
