About the Opportunity

The Club Claims Specialist role is responsible for managing the daily claims process within the organization's Club Program. This position serves as a key liaison between customers, stores, and program partners to ensure timely and accurate claims handling. The role contributes by maintaining service quality throughout the claim lifecycle and supporting operational and financial processes related to claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily claims process for the Club Program.
• Communicate promptly with customers and stores to explain procedures and set expectations.
• Identify and recommend improvements to the claims process.
• Carry out follow-ups using claims and business systems.
• Maintain current knowledge of store operations, financials, and Club products.
• Collaborate with accounting, financial, IT, and audit teams to ensure accurate and timely claim payments.
• Aid stores with filing claims, ensuring documentation completeness and quality handling.

Requirements

• A high school diploma is required; some college education is preferred.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience are necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and time effectively is essential.
• A strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills are needed.
• A commitment to excellent customer service is required.
• An initiative, strong work ethic, and adaptability are valued.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The salary range for this role is $13.70 to $17.75 per hour. This is a remote position.
